Entering from the front of the property, you come through a set of glazed doors which was once the stable entrance and from the outside is an arc shape. Being double doors and on a ground floor level access, the cottage can be let to clients requiring wide doors for wheelchair access or those with disabilities as the letting section is on one level. The entrance gives a stunning facade to an open plan living area of 32m², having exposed beams, and a light wood floor.
The kitchen is located to one side of this room and has a window overlooking the garden, fitted units and appliances.
There are two double bedrooms, one with access to the 'Jack and Jill' shower room, which has a second door leading to a hallway.
A very useful rear entrance hall from the garden, is large enough to be used for storing some garden furniture in the winter.
A fabulous two storey barn is attached to the left of the property and is currently used as a workshop, storage space and garage.
